Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs
The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Construction Codes, Mechanical Division is responsible for licensing and renewals of licenses for State of Michigan Mechanical Contractors.
The Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, Bureau of Fire Services requires additional certification for fire suppression systems in schools, hospitals, hotels, prisons or similar type buildings.
